How Does MyTime for Grandparents Work?

Groups are run during school terms and are coordinated by an experienced group facilitator. Grandparents can choose to do activities or discuss topics that might include taking care of yourself, getting the right support, your relationships and your rights as a grandparent.

Each group has between 4 and 12 grandparents and groups usually meet once a fortnight for a couple of hours.

Grandparents who want to bring their grandchildren along can attend a group while a play helper keeps the children busy and active.
